1. Our company will claim the shipment in case the shipment is lost while transportation or any mistake that is caused by our company according to DHL Express Terms & Conditions
In order to claim any item(s) for each shipment, our customer has to declare
the real price for each item(s) in that shipment for our company to declare on
the invoice before shipping out
The claim compensation estimation will be around 30 USD per kg and would
not be applied with cases below
– Entry denied by destination’s customs
– Shipment destroyed or seized by customs
– The rotten shipment that is caused by delayed transportation
If the shipper finds the claim compensation information above not satisfied, the shipper needs to declare the real price for each item(s) in that shipment and apply additional insurance for
each shipment, the compensation will be applied by DHL when there’s a damaged
or lost to that specific shipment while transportation as stated above and won’t
be applied with business losses (including profit loss, interest loss or any
future business) Estimated claim cases and compensation process will take
around 30 working days
2. Our company will keep track and follow up on our customer’s shipment for a smooth process but all uncontrollable circumstances are not part of our agreement and there will be no compensation for any loss from delayed shipment(s)

Compensation Example Case 1
10 kg Shipment with the total actual price of goods in that shipment at 10,000
THB but the customer didn’t declare the actual price at 10,000 THB and our team
did an estimation on the product around 7,000 – 9,000 THB and the shipment were
lost we can open the claim as declared on the invoice at 7,000 – 9,000 THB but the
maximum claim for 10 kg shipment would be around 300 USD
Compensation Example Case 2
10 kg Shipment with the total actual price of goods in that shipment at
30,000 THB but the customer didn’t declare the actual price at 30,000 THB and our team did an estimation on the product around 7,000 – 9,000 THB and the shipment
were lost we can open claim as declared on the invoice at 7,000 – 9,000 THB
If the customer wants to claim for the lost item(s) from that shipment at 30,000
THB additional insurance at 600 THB needs to be paid before shipping, but if
the declared item(s) on the invoice is more than 800 USD there will be import
duty and taxes at the destination
3. The damage caused by delayed transportation could not be claimed
